評分There are Endless testimonies of the method at the beginning of the book, beginnings of each chapter. They keep saying it’s based on science. But I didn’t find much. I didn’t even think I heard them talking much about the method itself. I listened until chapter 5. It, unsurprisingly, began with another testimony.
評分如果比較忙卻想瞭解一下營養學,這本書非常有用,它省卻瞭推導過程直接引用各種論文結果。這幾天研究的一些有用的結論(tips):1. 蔬果汁+適當攝入膳食縴維(粗糧/芹菜)可以代替蔬果,且因為省卻瞭烹飪過程還會更健康 2. 食用需要咀嚼過程的食物會讓胃及時提醒大腦飽瞭,所以-> 愛吃零食絕對是病 ->中餐文化很好 3. 一塊牛排的膽固醇含量大約相當於1.5個蛋黃,且protein特彆適閤人體消化,但是由於fat的存在,適當攝入比較健康。 4. 榖物和豆類與其他食物相比營養價值極其低下(粗糧, whole-grain會好很多),幾乎隻剩下熱量,甚至其膳食縴維含量也不如蔬果。黑莓和桑葚的每體積fiber最多,值得多吃。
