评分很是受用的一本书, 前苹果首席设计师在这里并没有讲什么工业设计,而是 提出了User Experience Supply Chain的概念。用户体验不仅是产品设计造就的,只是用户体验关系链的一部分。就像制造商只是生产链条一个环节而已。本书认为,你与用户建立起什么样的情感联结,才是每个品牌和产品需要考虑的关键。
