Not so hilarious. Not at all...more about fatherhood and affection and growing up

通篇画面感十足！剧集不成功因为这只能是通过文字营造起来的笑话，怎么会有人天天shit挂在嘴边啊，而且词性转变起来完全畅通无阻！作者其实更像是一个很理解笑点的观众，一个笑话介绍人。但是另一面，读着他的成长故事还是觉得温馨和感动，尤其是最后一章。不知道他的哥哥怎么样。PS，虽然是被甩搬回老爹家才开始写作，但是写作这本书一定是全程充满了笑声！

买了书是因为一直对同名美剧念念不舍。很可惜只拍了一季就没有了，也不知道他们当时是怎么想的。书不如电视剧情节连贯栩栩如生，所以反而让我有嚼蜡的感觉。不过毕竟是原著，一些段子还是很经典的。

感觉比CBS翻拍的美剧好很多更让人觉得家人重要而不是一味追求笑料。但是生活的智慧的确可以用这种另类的方式表达。感觉小的时候有点严苛，大了之后反而温婉起来。 fuck you，姥资就写这么短了，不要再提醒我了 bullshit！

看了剧集以后一直很纠结要不要找书来看，因为担心书可能会很俗套很无聊。最后忍不住还是读了，没想到一口气看了半本，非常的轻松，的确搞笑，虽然我的朋友说如果这本书要改编成儿童版，就会变成全本bleep, 不过还是觉得老爸蛮可爱，蛮智慧，儿子蛮幸福。
