Charlie Carr is a Pulitzer Prize winning reporter deeply devoted to his ten year old daughter who is dying of a fatal disease. During the investigation of the mysterious circumstances surrounding the crash of a luxury private airliner he uncovers a biotechnology company that has discovered the cure for many of the most serious of human diseases through the use of stem cell technology. The deeper he digs the more complex and risky things become. Soon he finds himself the subject of an investigation and then targeted for murder as he methodically uncovers a conspiracy between the super rich and the highest levels of government to keep humanity's most sought after treasure exclusively for themselves.
