很多人做不好領導也不是有意識的,都是缺乏經驗造成的。這本書用瞭不少實例描述瞭不同行為能夠産生的後果,對有意願但沒有經驗的管理者會很有用。
評分隻能說還行。作者把management/leadership想得太理想化瞭,定義瞭一種最佳狀態,試圖讓大傢都變成那樣。但問題是,她定義的最佳狀態就一定是最佳嗎?我很懷疑。
