最近正好在做CEM，以前接触的很少，想了解下各国的health care system所以找来看的...对于提供的信息来说，内容重复性很高，偏向各国health care形成的历史以及那几方面和美国的比较，其实挺想看对某个系统深入分析讲解下，但是可能找错了作者找错了书. 最认同的书中观点是美国的Health care就是一个market，而不是国家能保障的一项基本福利。10年后还是这个样子，不知道既得利益者在reform中使了多大劲儿...最后就是感觉yoga真的是好运动...

没有一个国家的人民满意于自家的医疗系统。作者通过自身经历横向比较法德日英加美印国家间不同的医疗保障体系（医保）。

对比美国医疗系统和全球发达国家中的佼佼者，非常有意思。

很好的科普读物，但是我没作者乐观。美国的文化和形式太复杂，问题是其他国家的十倍不止，改来改去也还是个烂摊子
