现在生死学丛书(生死抉择) 有20页的翻译本. Judith Jarvis Thomson 天才地提出了在堕胎问题上著名的妇女怀孕逻辑类比<肾功能衰竭的小提琴手> .还有不太好的<房子>和<衣服>的类比.作者以胎儿是人为前提,支持妇女拥有堕胎的权利,但是妇女完全有能力抚养孩子的情况下,堕胎是在道德上indecent. 妈的英文版太贵了,国图又没有收藏,谁有借我读读.
