為瞭學習英語看的書，結果不小心居然看瞭兩遍。。英語不好的人們傷不起啊。。關於改變，我想我大概是屬於haw這一類型的吧。。雖然我挺想經常改變，但是行為模式確實很難變化。很多時候，都是命運之手在推我嚮前啊。其中有一個人的感想很有道理，改變觀念，行為就會跟著改變，這是真的。
