情绪劳动的奠基之作，生动详细，值得一读

其实读完更多的是对第二大部分 公共中的心理整饰有更多的印象，但先读appendix a 会更好理解作者研究的径路。其有关情感有机体论及互动论的综述倒是比较明晰，但这里如采用观念史的方法是否更好？而将情感劳动置入消费产业是否有局限还是说为了更好突显主题而作的理想化处理？

边哭边写论文边看完了这本书，看 The managed heart 时心态崩塌，也算是人生一件很酷地经历。
