著者简介

高坚，经济学博士，高级经济师，博士生导师，享受国务院特殊津贴。现任国家开发银行副行长、中非发展基金董事长。曾任财政部国债司司长、条法司司长等职务。高坚博士为创建社会主义市场经济环境下的中国国债市场、政策性金融债券市场，完善国内资本市场和提升我国政府在国际资本市场的主权信用地位等方面作出了突出贡献。高坚博士在北京政法大学完成硕士研究生学习，在财政部科研所获得经济学博士学位，并曾赴美国哈佛大学从事博士后研究。先后在国内外出版专著10余部，并公开发表论文300余篇。
