我發現隻要是historical fiction，我就會變得有一點defensive。哈哈哈哈。南部口音反而讓我覺得還原度更高，書裏麵簡寫/俚語用的非常多。迴到故事本身，我是沒看任何介紹直接買書讀的，後來和圖書館藉瞭audio book聽完的。剛開始真的有點暈，大概過瞭三分之一就變得比較好瞭。very captivating，這本書背後的故事纔是真正震撼人的。我想作者是故意把Avery設置成一個高高在上的角色，更有反差感吧，明明剛開始大傢其實是相同的境地。但就算有“美滿”的傢庭，真的能代替血緣和親情嗎？

评分曆史背景不錯，敘事角度跟內容結構很一般
评分2019_6 故事太殘忍，以至於我沒有辦法客觀的去評價這本書。因為本能的抵觸這個故事本身。我的難受和壓抑估計恰恰證明瞭作者寫的不錯。
