评分一個幼時患有ADHD(注意力缺陷多動癥)的學生，一個幼時被老師教訓n次的差生，卻畫齣瞭如此精彩的漫畫作品，幸虧作者沒聽老師勸告，停止自己的畫畫愛好。 該漫畫成功的地方。第一在於大膽想象，如狗頭和人身結閤成狗警官，市長的黑心計劃（《瘋狂動物城》裏有類似情節），機器人警長炸毀自己，看似暴力卻又極具美感;第二是幽默風趣，本書最搞笑的部分當屬熱狗軍隊要信誓旦旦鬧革命來徵服世界，最後被狗狗們吃掉（暴力卻又極具美感）;第三是富有教育意義，例如反派貓是壞蛋，妄想置狗警官於死地，但狗警官危急關頭，還是救瞭反派貓的命，但依舊送反派貓進監獄，這是人性光輝的閃現。
