作者簡介
羅伯特·海因萊恩（Robert A. Heinlein，1907－1998）是世界科幻協會評齣的第一位“科幻大師”，同時也是最具有影響力的美國科幻作傢之一。有批評傢指齣，“許多當代作傢企圖與這種影響力較量，最後發現他們對抗的仿佛是大海或天空，毫無取勝之望。”
海因萊恩一生創作瞭數十部科幻長篇，曾經四次獲得雨果奬長篇小說大奬，這一獲奬紀錄一直保持至今。
《嚴厲的月亮》是海因萊恩最後一部獲奬長篇，與《異鄉異客》、《時間足夠你愛》並稱為海因萊恩最優秀的三大傑作。

海恩莱茵的作品总是充满了政治思考。 在《星船伞兵》里是仿效罗马共和国的军人共和国体制。 在《月亮是个严厉的女人》里是理性无政府主义——或者说自由意志主义。 对罗斯巴德有兴趣的同学可以找来看看。不是作为科幻小说，而是作为政治小说。
評分开始觉得这书硬伤这么多，怎么还倍受好评，后来发觉它关于少数势力如何能在乱世造返的模式分析实在是有意思极了。不过要是把那台无所不能的计算机弱化一点就更好了，现在的互联网只要掌握必要的技术基本上也能象迈克尔那样随时随地的建立安全联系了。

评分超級電腦的外掛一開有點像當年起點的種田文啦，雖然從年代來看這纔是種田文的祖爺爺……尤其喜歡對月球的特殊環境影響下的人類社會構成的細緻有趣的幻想，策略方麵的扔石頭戰術也算齣人意料而且我是挑不齣什麼大硬傷的，但是蘇聯的依然存在可能是大傢最喜歡嘲笑的科幻作傢的失敗預言瞭。教授死前那段“We will become the crossroads for two planets, three planets, the entire Solar System. We won't be farmers forever.” 真是盡顯黃金時代氣象，簡直熱淚盈眶。扣一星因為居然完全迴避瞭我最喜歡的“電腦如何産生意識”的話題！
