评分前几章很有意思,HSP一类人的概念,both nature and nurture;作者还引用了一些荣格的性格理论,不过可惜没有展开;读书过程发现自己不是HSP,但有一些个别的点还是很有共鸣。关于与环境变化下人的反应是inward 还是outward类型也很有趣,self-parenting平衡自己的办法很受用
评分期望太高 ,除了提出HSP这个概念以外毫无亮点。
评分可能真的会让很多人深入了解自己,但是实质借鉴很少,看完还是会处于“人善被人欺,马善被人骑”的状态。
评分浅显易懂,对于一直靠直觉活着的人生还是很有帮助的。至少让自己相信,爱哭也许并不可耻,不善于应对压力也不影响成为表现出色的员工,念书的时候容易被吓到也不是看杂书心虚。。。早点明白这些会有利于接纳自己以及发挥多长,比如在艺术感知力上的优势。
