I couldn't help but label myself as a highly sensitive person. It is good to know your own type so that you can cope with it in a rather sophisticated way. Yet, it is not necessary to believe everything the book says, it's not all true.

其实只是给HSP(highly sensitive person)做的辩护和解析,至于solution,本来很是期待的,可是阅读到最后也没读到有效可行的解决方案,草草看过最后几章,想着可能今后有需要的话可以回过头来看一看一些章节。
