评分比初次計劃的完瞭5天完成比二次計劃的提早的5天完成，沒因為趕計劃忽略瞭其他的計劃或焦慮計劃的時限重量不重質也沒因為有延遲而鬆懈，總是在一個可接受的範圍內，張弛有度就是我現在最想讓自己把握一個計劃與執行的circle,滿意！ 因為有計劃，常常喜歡來個計劃小衝刺：在deadline之前完成比如這本書按計劃可能要明後天讀完所以來個小衝刺今天讀完又或是在計劃時間內不是完成100%而是完成110%讓自己更有成就感也多一些空間
