可以当成是两人的集大成之作，当然此书更重要的意义在于它是对前期体系一次全面的形而上学洗礼，甚至在某种程度上是一种修正。最后期的德瓜二人已经将讨论的维度控制在plane of consistency之内，为了将彻底阐释的观念概念成功嵌入体系中，不惜重新定义plane of immanence。这样，也最终用一个平面（并非几何平面）囊括一切原本只在辖域范围内论证的内容。

并非哲学入门读物，而是晚年的Deleuze和Guattari 所作的总结性回顾，也许我读得还不够深，觉得老爷爷的课比这本书本身要有意思，以后有机会还会重读。

关于艺术和情动的部分尚有许多不解之处；重点是厘清艺术（sensation）、哲学（concept）和科学（function）的关系，但自己最感兴趣的是其中关于个体与政治的论述（becoming）
