算做很有观察的作品，拿普利策实至名归。但是从情节的设置，特别是人物的命运，在针对同时期的中文作品中，并不算出众。

不是特别喜欢。鲁迅的评价还是很中肯的。得了诺奖可能更多是时代的历史意义而不是文学价值吧。
