评分我买了一本影印版的，很不错的书，写的也生动幽默，但是，感觉实践起来其实有很多前提的，这种项目管理适合在非常正规的企业，大家都是很Professional地做事才行，不像在我们的国企，私企，内耗和其他一些东西对项目的影响太大。。。。个人感觉。。。。

评分本书缺点的确是有些散，如一盘断链的珍珠，讲项目管理，仍然是以Art而非Science来理解，尚不能有完整有机的体系来一以贯之。因为Science是有因果逻辑的，而Art则更强调一个过程；对于思维发散跳跃的人如我，发散易而收敛难，的确当引以为诫。但出于启发性，仍可作为值得参考的工具书，推荐购买英文影印版。 书分三个部分：1. Plans; 2. Skills; 3.Management; 都是在讲关于process的know how，用这根丝线来试图串起这本书，我觉得非常好看；
评分对比针对startup项目/产品写的<rework>，<getting real>或者<lean startup>实在很强... 那两本看了很激动, 这本完全啃不动一看就想睡觉... 努力看完吧...
