《格辨》是格语法理论的经典文献。初次发表于1968年美国出版的，埃蒙?巴赫（Emmon Bach）和罗伯特?T.哈姆斯（Robert T.Harms）编的Universals in Linguistic Theory一书中。全书共七部分，将深层语义分为施事、感受、工具、客体、处所、时间、与格、受益等13种格。以高度形式化的划分和分析说明了名词和动词之间的关系，内容丰富，对语法研究和计算语言学研究有较重要的参考价值。

前面都是语焉不详的blah blah，觉得新的格理论好幼稚，尤其是最后F(1971b)里大肆讨论玻璃为什么碎…作者自己也说理论很不完善。建议直接看 附二，杨成凯的总结，清楚得多。（原著者为什么不自己总结！）
评分第一不太喜欢这本书的翻译，第二让华文的学生去看这个确实为难大家了。。 但是The case of case作为语言学的分水岭之作还是要懂的，等我学完句法学一定会再翻一遍。。另外无比期待华文的课程改革=_=
