Still, the problem of moral hazard haunts, which brings about credit over-expansion and then the crash though the lender of last resort exists.

之前读过，觉得写的太乱，看不下去。几年后再看了新一版的，居然觉得还不错。略失之肤浅，但许多结论性的描述还是很到位的。跟明斯基的stabilizing an unstable economy 有不少观点相近。
