He has a B.A. in telecommunications from Murray State University as well as several industry certifications, including SANS GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), and Certified Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA).

這本書是第二版瞭，本來對於這本書還是抱著很大期望的，但其實看上去之後發現還是不夠深入，不過對於初學wireshark的讀者來說還是值得一讀的。不過有瞭很多經驗的話，就可以快速略讀瞭。對瞭記得去網站上下載書裏麵的示例pcap文件，自己先分析一下比較好。
