相見恨晚啊，大量couple therapy案例貫穿全書，生動易懂有共鳴，看著看著就哭瞭。前幾章講如何有意識地發現彼此爭執時的pattern，落腳點是理解、接納雙方的raw spots & attachment needs，不僅要耐心發掘對方protest背後的原因，也要積極勇敢地錶達自己的emotional feelings來幫對方理解自己。所有的正嚮、負嚮的spiral都不是一個人促成的，說到底，雙方積極參與溝通錶達仍是重中之重，隻有實用性的problem solving而沒有語言和肢體的reassurances是遠遠不夠的。也提到瞭如何與經曆過trauma的伴侶相處，如何原諒彼此，如何區分性生活是真的bonding還是找刺激或補償行為。挺棒挺實用的！
