四星半。可以說是教科書，作者常年為執法部門和軍隊做講座。有關於combat（不僅是作戰狀態，和平時期執法人員齣現場也算）對人體的影響，人的反應，如何通過訓練應對會齣現的特殊反應（如隻能聽到看到特定的東西，視野變窄，大小便失禁等）。總之非常有趣，裏麵有意思的知識點非常多，我之前隨手在微博上提過幾個。扣半顆星是因為作者簡直大齡中二，而且太愛國，每章之前都有一些點題quote（非常中二），把美國執法部門人員吹上天。
