四星半。可以说是教科书，作者常年为执法部门和军队做讲座。有关于combat（不仅是作战状态，和平时期执法人员出现场也算）对人体的影响，人的反应，如何通过训练应对会出现的特殊反应（如只能听到看到特定的东西，视野变窄，大小便失禁等）。总之非常有趣，里面有意思的知识点非常多，我之前随手在微博上提过几个。扣半颗星是因为作者简直大龄中二，而且太爱国，每章之前都有一些点题quote（非常中二），把美国执法部门人员吹上天。
