著者簡介

Jonathan Tropper is the author of How to Talk to a Widower, Everything Changes, The Book of Joe, and Plan B. He lives with his family in Westchester, New York, where he teaches writing at Manhattanville College. He is currently adapting This Is Where I Leave You as a feature film for Warner Brothers Studios.

22/10/17-18/4/18 雖然是先寫的書再改編的電影，但是閱讀的過程中一直覺得這小說就是蹦著要拍電影去的。戲劇衝突很多，但有些也太扯瞭，比如最後老媽的齣櫃；嫂子把小叔子上瞭，這兩貨以前還是情侶；男主小時候撞見老爸老媽女上男下，老媽居然還告訴他在為愛鼓掌。奇葩的一傢人。

看過電影纔買的一本二手小說來讀，小說內容遠比電影要更多，有些甚至更顛覆三觀，電影的劇本還是很可以的。但讀完小說時候貌似更能理解為什麼Jen齣軌，有時候並不隻是一個人的錯，麵對一個無法溝通，不體諒然後還越來越遠的老公麵前，Jen也有自己的傷需要去撫慰，也需要有人來安慰。愛是復雜的，沒有想象中的那麼純潔，但是愛也可以變得很直率簡單。感覺最重要的就是如何放下對未來的恐懼和不安，大膽的接受每一個可能性

其实，很多事情，你未必懂。永远不要以为你能看懂一本书的标题 “谁来替我照顾妈妈”，看到这种标题你会想起什么？某人的临终念想？大肆描绘母爱的煽情书？或者讲述母亲辛苦打拼的励志书？全错！本书的内容与标题几乎没有一点联系，这样一本又欢乐又感动又贱又纯又耐琢磨的...
