並不是很推薦 因為這個主要是一位喜劇錶演者寫的 書的內容和錶達方式在很大程度上是基於主觀和錶淺 常常運用一大堆的排比 我更喜歡用科學解釋而不是用熱血解釋
評分在西西弗偶然撿到這本書，站著翻瞭幾個chapter，忍不住笑，可以說是非常忠言逆耳瞭，lessons learned
