挺有意思的，作者是個多次創業者，幾條經驗分享蠻有意思，比如要注重毛利率，復購率，避免開創一個新市場因為教育市場非常貴等等，語言也不晦澀，值得一看

这是一本不可多得的好书。这本书是两三个月前读的，很多道理都忘了，但是有一点记忆犹新，就是“不能有业务员心态”“关注毛利润""业绩不是最重要的”，我估计很多sales出身的老板都会犯这些错误，因为很多老板都是业务员出身，其实每个老板本身就是top sales，做sales的时候赚...
