Absolutely enchanting, a masterpiece I keep going back to.

倒不象朋友們那樣覺得後半部太抻，前後兩部分是不同的thriller對象。最深刻印象的句子倒在前五頁，Robert說他前女友是lowbrow pop-psychology Sylvia Plath。

學校是個很戲劇性的地方，因為每個人都會主觀地把自己想象成男女主角，相互加戲。作者好神奇，把Richard那種虛榮、怯懦和無安全感寫得非常微妙，因此也就不難理解他實際是個多渴望豁齣去一次的人，一旦豁齣去吧，又會用之前睏住自己的條條框框重新審判自己，這點和我自己太像。

太抓人瞭，幾天時間看完。推薦這本書的同事說，這裏麵的好多事情也太像我們校園可能發生的瞭，有時候讀著就覺得嚇人。結尾跟我期待的有點不太一樣，可我也不知道我在期待什麼，整個過程纔是故事的重點。
