对去机构化运动的反思，正如作者所言，在加速追求所谓人权和公民权的同时，家庭或者社区能否接住这些被抛弃者？去机构化运动是左派理想被右派挪用的最好例子，结果是：医院没了，而社区资源又没有跟上，精神病人只能流落街头或者去到像Vita这样的地方，在社会性死亡的同时，等待着生理性死亡。警钟长鸣啊！

一个患有遗传性神经病症的妇女是如何一步步被当作万劫不复的精神病人被丢弃等死的。作者写的克制、缓慢、抽丝剥茧。有摄影和诗和精神分析和侦探小说气质的个人民族志。确实是the love of anthropology/ 补：但是有学院派写作的规矩和无聊，引太多德勒兹了引来引去没觉得有意思
