前四分之三都是上等佳作，尤其體現在行文上。近幾年讀虛構類的英文書很少讀到這麼流暢的。情緒感染力也一流，話題依也非常值得探討：當一個人是一個少數群體的一員的時候，他是很難不說這個群體的好話的，否則他瞬間就會變成“壞人”。後四分之一則有些垮掉瞭，簡直誤以為在看一部旅遊浪漫劇。

很有意思的故事，小人物的失意和掙紮，作者文筆不錯，非常逗樂，結尾絕對是驚喜，happy ending
