作为YA还是不错的可读性也很强故事情节虽然简单但是语言夹杂着幽默词汇也不难很顺畅的就读完啦

每次看名气很大的 YA 小说，看到一半我都会觉得什么玩意儿再看 YA 我吃手机。这本看下来还挺有意思的，真的算优秀了，仔细想想主要也是题材讨巧，黑人文化的元素充斥全书。Audible 版本读得还挺好的，语气十分到位。

比起其他young adult 的小说，这本可以说非常具有可读性。也顺应了风起云涌的“black lives matter"的运动。小说通过黑人少女Starr的角度，展现了女孩儿在成长中面临的关于种族问题的困惑和挣扎。最喜欢这本书的有力的结尾 “Khalil, I'll never forget. I'll never give up. I'll never be quiet. I promise." 不喜欢的地方是，有些地方太啰嗦了，有点絮絮叨叨的感觉。
