The eleventh edition guidance and provisions are effective 1 July 2014.

评分两个小时了才看完一条standard(ಥ_ಥ) 分割线 看完了，好多具体投资场景的描述和具体行为做法的逻辑原来是很有条例的，又一次印证了：无聊的不是知识，只是一开始看不懂（＃－.－）
