这本书其实是经营妇女消费品从简单实用到豪华糜菲发展的一个缩影，从小店面普通商人的生活一直描写到大百货公司老板的发家史。客观上真实描写了人类爱、恨、贪婪的欲望。窃以为BOSS每天关门结业时在办公室里数钱的形象最为活生生。
