带点女权色彩。和渣男分手都要别人手把手教，说不上是智商欠费还是情商捉鸡…我就觉得人软弱是因为骨子里对外物外人的依赖性，心理疏导只是把依赖建立在看似更牢靠更好预测的事物人上，可解燃眉之需，不涉及根本问题。

其实不止是男女间的relationship，与父母之间，或者与朋友之间的关系也都可以借鉴。简直是手把手教对付abusive渣男的良方。
