如果说为什么新加坡会让大陆一次次的失望，从这本李光耀的回忆录可稍微见些端倪，首先呢，新加坡人就是新加坡人，虽然大多数人口的第二性是华人，但他们的国籍仍是新加坡人，这些人从19世纪中期开始，生活的不容易，为了生存而考虑，观点当然不同，所以不是新加坡人让我们失望了，而是我们期望太高了

小时候听长辈闲谈，只知道新加坡的总理是中国人，其实并不对，Lee Kuan Yew更多地认为自己是Malaysian或者是Singaporian。我想Singapore与Malaysia，以及他们与Britain的关系并不是每个中国人都了解，我就不怎么了解。我总感觉不少人认为国内的汉人要比南洋的优等。

1、看完这本书，心中久久不能平静，这本书堪称我所有看到的书里面层次非常高，作者观点层次最高，真正能看到一个国家、民族发展的核心内容的书籍。 2、这本书，大概只出版了一次，后面gcd就不允许在大陆出版了，而且大陆出版的版本比新加坡整整少了五章，就是关于中国大陆的五...

前段时间看了李光耀回忆录的上集（风雨独立路），讲的是新加坡独立之前的事情，本集说的是之后到现在这段时间的事情，其实，新加坡真正关于发展的历史，还是在这段时间里（就像中国的改革开放以后吧）。这本书的确如李光耀自己所说，现在有很多教人的书，但是很少有真正教...
