入門科普嚮書籍。喜歡關於怕蛇人和領帶的比喻世人怕蛇，但蛇不存在，存在的隻有領帶，所以有識之人帶走領帶，說，蛇已經不在瞭哦，即為傳佛。還喜歡關於夢境飛行的比喻，隻要在夢裏就能飛，而大傢都在另一個夢裏。開心和痛苦像光明和黑暗是恒在的兩極。拋棄不開心的方法是連開心一起拋棄 #very appealing 不喜歡它過於普世嚮，用瞭好多LV，阿瑪尼，世界小姐，彩電，和民主社會的例子, watered down and doesn't do Buddhism justice? 各種點子翻來覆去反復說，可做消遣讀物
