著者简介

约翰·吉林厄姆，伦敦大学伦敦经济学院的退休教授，1965至1998年间一直在该大学教授历史，研究方向主要是中世纪历史，最近的两部著述分别为《理查一世》和《12世纪的英国人》。

拉尔夫·A. 格里菲思，威尔士斯旺西大学教授，研究中世纪历史，其著述包括《国王亨利六世的统治》以及与J. 坎农合著的《牛津插图版英国帝制史》等。
