So relatable that it hurts。平时不觉得，但是每次到公司all hands还是一群深色西服的男性占据整个场子。公司全球合伙人中女性可能不足10%，Minority就是双倍的心酸了。虽然大部分时候都很好，但是就是有一些工作和生活上细节总是在提醒着自己是一个少数裔女性。

对华裔美国女性这样的双重minority在白人男性社会中生存的心理描写很到位。某些地方的幽默感也非常可爱。整本书很有好莱坞电影即视感。结尾的happy ending有点boring和naive.

关于诉讼的法律小说多，但是讲述非诉的小说很少。讲述华裔/少数族裔在非优势行业里遇到的玻璃天花板，很多点都抓得很到位，但是离五星作品还是查了那么一点火候。
