作者简介
E.F.舒马赫（1911-1977），知名的经济学者和企业家，曾与凯恩斯和J.K.加尔布雷思共事。他出任过英国驻德管制委员会的经济顾问，在1950至1970年间担任英国国家煤炭局的局长，也是适用于发展中国家的中间技术概念的原创者，曾担任斯科特·巴德公司的总裁。

评分先是看了那本新版的，翻译实在看不下去，简直不像人脑翻的，在理解中文句子上面都要花好大的劲。书中深厚的思想要扒开外面厚重的杂草丛才能探得到，于是放弃了。幸好图书馆里还有这本比我年纪还大的版本，读来舒服多了。也可见现代人做事比以前的马虎浮躁多了。 书里讲技术要...
