从写作正式信函，email，写报告，presentation，到写CV,Cover letter。。涵盖了商务沟通的方方面面。大量的实例和图片，排版的质量我认为完美。看不到原版的可以买这两个作者的另一本内容差不多的教材<business communication essential>，国内人大出了影印本。
