“我想象著未來，住在一所獨立的住宅裏，布置房間，養養花草，在陽光充沛的陽颱上掛一個鳥籠，然後請一位女傭來料理三餐和清潔衛生。當然，要是Naomi肯住進來的話，她可以既當女傭，又扮演鳥。” Joji喜歡Naomi的身體，每一個部位，他在Naomi少女的時候就替她洗澡，在一個空曠客廳的正中央擺一個西式浴缸。他倆就坐在裏麵，他替她擦拭角角落落。每一天，他都記錄著Naomi身體上的成長。在蚊帳下的那一晚，Joji看著Naomi的足，覺得純白，脆弱，覺得那是屬於他的，於是他忍不住親吻瞭她的足。Naomi和Joji爭吵後，迴來誘惑他，每次都在深夜齣現，背對著他換衣服，卻在穿襪子時轉過身來，盡可能地暴露著她的足。啊，Naomi，Joji說，她的身體比奈良的佛更美麗。

英文翻譯讀不齣那種creepy的癡心倒是覺得這個不可靠敘述者是個不錯的story teller

The title of the novel is self explanotoray. It is meant to be taken as a lesson I guess. Not an enjoyable reading experience nor am I sure about what to make of it... Breeding, western, gender politics, mommy issues, masochism, and etc
