I should say, first of all, that I have absolutely no criticisms to make of this book. It is perfect, and I'm not just saying that because I practically memorized it at the age of 13 and it was one of my primary illicit sources of sexual information in the gap between information and experience, and I therefore view it with fond nostalgia.... However melodramatic its plot may be, Valley of the Dolls is simply old-fashioned riveting.

在加拿大camping的時候開始看，假期結束前看完瞭。一開始真的以為是傻白甜勇闖美國娛樂圈的故事啊，沒想到最後20頁當童話通常完美結束的時候忽然急轉直下，難怪難怪！特彆適閤現在的中國女孩子，特彆是年輕女孩子，哪怕是根本不讀書的年輕女孩子，讀一讀。
