一天時間看瞭幾個和自己研究相關的章節，開始還有點猶豫書的齣版時間過早，是否會信息過時不適用，這的確是書的最大弊端，但更多的感觸是讀的過程很像是把專業服務公司管理的各個方麵係統學習瞭一遍，自己從前看過的相關文獻自動串聯起來，對我在這個領域的思維和理解是很大的提高。這本書不愧是'the bible of professional services'，作者的確是領域的領軍人，看過似醍醐灌頂，隻要read with discretion，都能從中獲得些什麼。

可以參考瞭解自己在公司的定位，以及公司的運作方式，幫助考慮清楚這確實是我想要的工作方式。其實在程序員這種生物大麵積齣現之前，專業服務公司就在麵對這些問題瞭。沮喪的事情就是直到現在，麵對的仍然是這些問題。

20年前的一本書，到現在依然透徹清晰地給齣瞭專業服務公司的管理與領導方式，跟上個月在哈佛商業學院學習的內容相互補充，不愧大傢風範。整本書給給齣瞭對於管理一傢專業服務公司，如何製定客戶戰略、人纔戰略等主要內容，非常具有實際操作指導意義。
