很真實，但是都是能夠想象到的狀態，有更多的期待，但是實際上沒有什麼震撼之處。上羅老師的課跟書裏的狀態差不多，有很可怕也沒那麼可怕。很可惜，整本書的描述沒有什麼特彆之處，對我來說都像流水賬。
