评分做瞭兩年谘詢，讀這本書時真想和書抱頭痛哭，句句說到心坎裏。谘詢這個行業，其實是一個人際關係行業。不知道作者有沒有受“非暴力溝通”方法的啓發，但是確實是非暴力溝通在谘詢領域的應用。說到底，無論是生活還是工作，做一個真誠的人，一個真誠的谘詢顧問。
