著者简介

Jiddu Krishnamurti (12 May 1895 – 17 February 1986) was a writer and speaker on philosophical and spiritual issues. His subject matter included psychological revolution, the nature of the mind, meditation, human relationships, and bringing about positive change in society. Maintaining that society is ultimately the product of the interactions of individuals, he held that fundamental societal change can emerge only through freely undertaken radical change in the individual. He constantly stressed the need for a revolution in the psyche of every human being and emphasized that such revolution cannot be brought about by any external entity, be it religious, political, or social.

讀上去很簡單也很難。還是結合他的講話一起理解比較好。他的道理看上去特別正確也特別難實現，而且他自己也沒說他說的就是對的。而且我很懷疑是否可以把心理和生理上的需求和安全感區別來看。但就像他強調的的，如果內心一開始就說“I can't”就已經禁錮了自己，只有在每一刻都沒有偏見的前提下experiment才有機會看到真理。雖然我不知道能否看到真理，但我也不知道還是否有除了他說的前提之外的前提。而他點出fear和belief的這種依存關係，情緒問題是由於自己創造了“觀察者”，也是很多人盲目而逃避理解的。能感悟到這一些也都很好了。

他的书核心永远是自由，不管是苦难、恐惧、闲话、两性或者其他，总会围绕自由而言。这使我想到昨晚谈及的思想自由。每个人都是独立的个体，自由也就不言而喻了。

关于symbol和不要judge因为judgment会让你不能得到understanding的观点还是很insightful。陆姐姐问西川这个人是不是类似朝阳仁波切，对之鄙夷的西川做了肯定答复哈哈哈。
