書裏廢話比較多，很多常識性的東西，沒有什麼特彆驚奇的理論，當然，很多常識對很多人都不是常識。比如情緒，基本上是被人忽視的一個設計元素。

很推薦的原文。因為情感化設計的很多名詞都太相似太模糊瞭，需要用英文再做一遍詞義辨析纔能明白更多。
