patience..patience..full of kid's slangs and southern dialect, so annoyed so far Update: truly moved. This is a great book if u could get over the language. U see the purity through the eyes of a innocent kid. I could totally see the friendship btw Lee and Capote, even humor sound alike. Maycomb is probly inspired from Holcomb as well.

评分Even the greatest men couldn't stand a chance against the prejudices rooted in the trench of people's hearts. BUT, even the harshest prejudices couldn't stand a chance again the tenderest goodwill harbored in the hearts of people. It's people. It's complicated. You've got to stand in one's skin and walk around it.
