给这本书打五星的人你们是什么心态啊！！这个作者一味地强调别人如何手法粗暴，自己如何注重患者心情但是我真的觉得好做作啊啊啊啊啊你们都没有看出来么？！

这本跟前两本都是2015年看的，发现作者还是Malcolm Gladwell的好朋友，编辑也是同一个，难怪有几篇文章写法有点像。
