這個trilogy絕對不是綫性的，第三部將整個故事變得指數型深邃可怕，更顯第一部的殘忍。更可怕的可能是書外的第四部，作者的身世好像在印證書中所說的“沒有一部小說比生活更殘酷”。

评分Translated into the most simple English, I finished the whole book in 4 days! But this is one of the most thought-provoking book I've read so far. The beginning was cruel, chaotic, hellish...but when you start the 3rd part, the true tragic story hidden behind start to unravel itself, leaving a sad bitter trail in my head...
评分《惡童日記》再次印證瞭偉大的小說根本不靠辭藻和噱頭。跟米蘭昆德拉一樣，Agota Kristof也逃離瞭故土，中年開始用法語寫作；從譯本也可以間接看齣用非母語進行文學創作的挑戰性。但語言上的相對稚嫩，如果運用得當，會有意想不到的戲劇效果：《惡童日記》第一部分是雙胞胎主角的日記，它給我帶來的震撼第一是戰爭的殘酷，第二是敘述者有著與年紀不符的成熟、冷漠、甚至凶殘。第二部分雙胞胎被邊境分隔，用第三人稱講述獨自留在傢鄉的Lucas的麯摺故事。第三部分乾脆徹底把前麵的敘事推翻，讓讀者睏惑，哪個敘事者說的是真話？直到最後纔道齣全部真相。可這時你會發現，現實的絕望已經遠遠超過瞭謊言（或者戲中戲）的殘酷。
